So when State Street LEND out their shares we've seen that they issue a Change of Significant Holding ann, and I assume this is because even if they still own them, they are not in custody of their shares. Then when they are returned from the borrower, State Street issue a subsequent significant holder ann, reversing the action.
i wonder if this dropping in and out would also apply to the Top 20 list, if anyone with more knowledge could elaborate? Bears also welcome to answer...might be your expertise
