And it doesn't help that PLL is taking so long to take off its volumes lying at the port. This is not normal!
Owing to issues with the Panama canal shipping is not normal at the moment, as per below shipping is subject to shipping size and availability...
"The estimated volume is of the shipments is 30,000 metric tonnes and isexpected to be shipped in August and September, subject to ship sizing and availability."
