In the UK they have Energy rating for properties.
One of the rules is for landlords to reach a minimum of level C by next year and many old houses in the UK are level D and below and would require tens of thousands to rectify (money has to be spent even if it does not really achieve the target!!). They have a rental crisis at the moment, just wait until this new legislation hits mid next year and see how many landlords will be forced to sell their rental properties...

Anyway, back to SYA. The price of Carbonate is likely to level off and slightly increase but as we all know this industry is new and games are being played. I suspect the next demand re-stock from China will demonstrate whether this has been the case.
