elder abuse as well is if a senior citizen resorts to drinking krakens night and day to deal with the trauma of somone not doing their job and a judge finds that person PURPOSELY negligent (say they made a promise to scroll and he is over retirement age they have fudged him around played games) And if a judge finds they broke the law and caused him damages and other shareholders as well, The directors themselves can be held accountable
(If any laws were broken) That's why a lawyer may be the best way to put the board in their place.
I don't know the law but their treatment of us and the wages they are earning. It does not feel fair is all.
