You forgot that the average prices for prior to August were speculative based on a company that may or may not get into production, now that it is producing there is a new average that needs to be found, you cant use historical data from a period so long ago that it is now irrelevant, remember there was a long period it was well under 1c, back then production was still far off, now that it has come to fruition those averages can be taken with a grain of salt, you need to look at the last 2 years or so.
