NAL has a two or three year wait before it can produce LiCO, (if that is even allowed to happen).
It may be worth doing a feasibility study to explore what it would take to produce lithium sulphate at NAL.

The benefit of producing lithium sulphate is that it can feed into the production of LiCO, LiOH or lithium metal for solid state batteries.
So upgrading NAL to produce Li2SO, would not be wasted whichever direction they headed in the future.
