I didn't realize they already had that agreement in place.
It would have been good to get something going with the Koreans and avoid China altogether.
I agree with your comments, with that sort of volume from PLS, it will keep them busy for some time. Also I would envisage a pretty slow build up to full production, from the initial commissioning stage.
