KP is using this lull time to steady the PLL boat.
In reality nobody knows whether exactly when nameplate will be reached however the indications of amounts of spod at Port, not sold at the end of the last released results, suggests SYA will be correct.
This is interesting.
Could be good or bad news for PLL.

ALB has done a deal with DOD. and will be reopening Kings Mountain N.C. as part of U.S. expansion plans.
