Polls show a subjective view point on data. Its not to say there view point is correct, they just have majority on the same take from data.
Ive said it a number of times that, with ramp up and efficiency changes. It could have the potential for not reaching nameplate. Even if the operational manager says its going to reach nameplate by december. What if they have a major breakdown between now and then.
