Its hard but we need to remember:
Nothing has changed (as far as we know)
Bots playing games to hit stop losses. The know exactly how and when to apply the pressure to drive the price down. Easier for them to drive the price down with overall sentiment in the sector down.
Only paper value until you sell. Hold and stay strong.
