If HC really wants to do that, I can't seem it to be that hard. A lot can be done based on IP address only.
Fact based debate is good both ways. Lot of pump and dump happens in ASX, so if someone is countering, it's not bad at all.
I am more concerned about the lowlife that is making fun of SH losses and rubbing salt, which might lead to mental harassment which can be lead to esafety website. I still think these low lives aren't based in AU, must be paid to do so. But if by any case if it is proven as harassment, and HC really wants to do it, its not that hard to take action.
