My understanding of JVs is that, regardless of the shareholding, both parties make a joint decision. Happy to be corrected.
They'd better decide carbonate or hydroxode ASAP, since the crystalliser is a long delivery item; same with ball mills, etc. They would need to go downstream by second half of 2026 I would have thought, as per the terms of NAL purchase agreement.
