There was no clear statement that the 2nd 15kt of 30kt is slated for the open market. You have either fabricated this claim or misunderstood the announcement.
It appears you missed the nuance I was raising regarding the sales price under the PLL OTA. The offtake terms are for delivered product to North Carolina and I was raising the possibility that this may somehow be reconciled even if the product is shipped to China.
I respectfully ask that you do not add to misinformation as there is already far too much on these threads. I have seen many people complaining about it. I understand you are trying, but perhaps if you endeavoured to do more research there would be an opportunity for you and I to have healthier discourse.
