You had over a billion less and when more CRs happen in the next 3 years BEFORE the next boom starts, even more will be added. Over a billion at 18c and now the price is 8c which means you need to print more than double to raise the same amount of cash. More CRs will happen. 39c days are long gone. Maybe in 2 or 3 boom cycles in the future.
