SYA are in a unique situation with NAL to go downstream and I doubt there will be any change of plans there although an OTA will be a requirement for the product and probably financing, although Govt grants, cash flow and tax credits will likely be in the mix as well.

MOBLAN is on a different scale altogether and building a refinery at NAL plus creating a mine and building a concentrator for MOBLAN in much the same timeframe ( assuming permitting goes smoothly) is a huge undertaking for a minnow.
PLS was fortunate in that it was in production and ready for expansion with most of the issues behind it right at the start of a parabolic move in Spod prices and has given it a huge and growing war chest.

The lining up of planets like that are very rare events but at least we are now in production and in position to benefit from any future price increases ...

CY24 is going to be a very defining year , it's when financial decisions around the refinery at NAL and a concentrator at MOBLAN need to be made to fit in with existing timelines, everything else really revolves around maximising the output from the concentrator ...
