Because of the BOD if somone contact's Banton we can start a class action against the directors (NOT THE COMPANY) im not a lawyer so we should ask Amanda but if a company director (has) been negligent they do this for a living and watch how they would JUMP and do their jobs to our satisfaction. They have to act in the best interest of shareholders- It does not seem that way!
