Ship now at Sea for 62 days . Who arranged the charter of the vessel ? was it Sya thru a shipbroker in Canada or the buyer. From long experience in this it seems rather odd as daily charter reates for Handy bulker are between $us 13500 and 16000. So the question is if shipment was FOB atThree Rivers is whoever the consignee is ? paying the freight, or is this a spec shipment thru an agent and ultimately Sya will pay the freight costs.Silence on this is deafening fom Sya
Dont forget the ship is not off hire until fully discharged which may add more hire day after berthing .What a shamozzle this has become .
