And Merrill Lynch was ALWAYS a key Top 20 shareholder as far back as Sayona's DiamonEx Limited days. Merrill's were also present and high up on Altura Minings register pre its collapse.

And we also know that Merrill's - a.k.a BoA's visit to NAL pre-dated Sayona's acquisition of BOTH the Troilus expansion package as well as the Jourdan Resources Vallee J.V.

So what was it that BoA ( Merrrill's ) didn't like about NAL coming away from their site visit that made them decide it was time to short the hell out of Sayona and continue to short the hell out of it ....even after Sayona strung a couple of decent expansion deals together for FUTURE tonnages on more advanced projects.

So what then is the common denominator here........

Well for starters , no doubt did Merrill's get burnt by the Altura insolvency as well as other institutions which held large parcels.

But there is also this distinct Piedmont connection from BOTH K.P previous professional banking positions held with Merrill's as well as his open market comments at around that same time of Sayona being ' Fully Valued ' at those higher prices of around 18 - 20 cents per share.

So looks like he got his wish on the value .....but unfortunately it has also come at a significantly more depleted cost on his own SP as well.

But the real question to all this is WHY ?

What was the end game in all of this by our BOD , Piedmont , and one of our former past Top mainstay shareholders in Merrill Lynch ( now BoA ) .

And has all this now come to be more obviously apparent to Quebec. In terms of how its potentially effecting us in our relationships. Did Quebec even like Brett. Did they think he was a good CEO / MD. Especially if indeed as has been suggested it was an ' Assassination '

Because these are also the questions I would want to know the answers of.

My wish is you become a board member and stay truthful and honest to retail holder's and not become greedy and just tell us the true future fact's as you know with all study outcome it would be a blessing in my opinion.
