If you want to see what our BOD has "accomplished," besides a steep SP drop, just look at what happened with Altura, or what is happening right now with Morella Corp.
Other than Guy and Sylvain, I'm not sure that there is a board member or senior manager worth a damn (I'll acknowledge that I don't know much about what some of the senior "back of house" managers, like, say, the HR Director, are up to, and we should give them grace).
The fact that we STILL have an interim CEO, who actually has another full-time job and can't seem to be bothered with some of the most basic of CEO tasks, like relevant communications, especially "calming of the waters,' comms.
I am a firm believer in both the concept and the fundamentals associated with both NAL and Moblan. My two biggest problems with SYA, right now, are the PLL offtake agreement (which isn't going anywhere for years) and the BOD.
