@John1933Far out John, STOP ffs.
Sorry but enough of your incessant emotional verbal diarrhea clogging this thread with absolute nonsense and drama.
Your motives remain unclear, whether this is intentional to confuse and cloud the dialogue or not remains to be seen, the grandfather of Throw Hikey perhaps..?
Very similar MO imo. You say you've got millions of shares in SYA yet seem to know nothing about the company and just continuously bash the board to the point of defamation in attempts to gradually stir emotions in others I believe... You appear to me and many others as a caricature, just like 'she' was; this time a frail old man with millions of shares being somehow victimised by this BoD for 'allowing' the share price to fall during a bear market across the sector...
So yes, please stop; you don't speak for shareholders by saying what you've been saying when you go off on these rants and as I said your motives are highly questionable - I've never known an 80 year old to speak the way you do at times... dude.
Anyway, I feel we as shareholders don't want any of the nonsense and drama, nor your calls for a cheap takeover at the worst possible time for us SP wise. Sayona simply need a new, highly driven professional CEO with vision and a new restructured larger board with Chairman also who shares the vision of what the company can be and have the combined skillset to make it happen and also navigate the nuances and machinations of the markets and BEOT to grow the company and get the best increase in share price for the benefit of shareholders as per their mandate. They are in the process of this currently and we will know more in time. If the outcome of this restructure once complete is not to our liking then shareholders as a whole have the options and the AGM will be a time when they have to front up and be held to account. Until then, let them get on with it.
It's really that simple.
Crucially we have a great team on the ground in Quebec, we have a mine and concentrator that is in production and working round the clock through ramp up phase to reach nameplate, which is a major technical and logistical challenge for any operation. That is our focus, the rest right now is just fluff and fear mongering and total bs tbh.
Moblan DFS is slated for November and they have confirmed this again recently. We have a very important quarterly report due on 31st October, AGM and other possible news after that, along with the decision on direction of NAL downstream once the new CEO and board are in and the studies complete stated some time in the first half of next year, with these trade off studies amd who knows what else (Amos papermill etc) being conducted and worked on as we speak.
There are many kilometres of drilling underway currently at both Moblan and NAL to continue to prove up and expand our considerable resources, all while tens of billions of dollars are being invested into CAM and battery plants in Quebec and Canada by the major players, OEMs and the government, to meet the growing demand for this unstoppable new electrification revolution that is in it's infancy no matter what anyone will try to tell you.
Every day NAL is producing SC, and every day dozens of real personnel are there working on fixes and improvements and optimisations to get us to steady state production. There are thrn office staff submitting permits, buying equipment, consulting with local communities, attending meetings and conferences and doing what they need to do to keep these monsterous undertakings moving forward.
Yet here, keyboard warriors on the bloody internet all know better and relentlessly yell hysterically for blood, demanding this that and the other and wanting announcements on a fking daily basis! The melodrama of the market and the current disconnect of the share price from the reality of what this company is actually out there doing has grown considerably imo.
Fundamentals have not changed. We need to prove profitability and remove the uncertainties and Sayoma will then gradually rerate imo.
We will get news, when there is news for goodness sake. It's become a fking circus around here.
