James Brown has been working extremely hard to get his head around the numerous projects and transactions Sayona has been involved in, before being in a position to move forward and provide more in depth updates to shareholders regarding the outcomes from the strategic review.
The Board are working through a few matters, including the strategic review of operations, recruitment of non-executive directors including a Chair, which may then influence the process to find a replacement to the role formerly held by Brett Lynch. Sayona will be releasing the 2023 Annual Report and September Quarterly report by the end of October 2023.
The September Quarterly will contain detailed information on production, shipments and financial outcomes relating to Sayona’s quarterly activities
