We're at a market cap now that when you exclude cash on hand, we're valued at lower than replacement cost of assets. If anyone was to rebuild the plant now it would cost in excess of $1b IMO with the way things have gone. Not to mention a half built carbonate plant and interests in highly strategic tenements acquired after NAL. Fear and uncertainty impacting all lithium plays - listening to the radio this morning travelling into work (in Europe) and 50% of all new vehicles registered were EV's with Telsa being the star performer. Massive manipulation going on just like PLS in early days.
