Sort of close once to top 20 but with the dilutions got pushed further out.

I don't mind disclosing my vote (last time my votes were NO to all) and would appreciate any thoughtful opinions.

Still not researched enough.

Thinking we may need to allow a increase in director pool to attract a good board? With where SYA could be that may pay off well.

5% increase ???? maybe they got enough with their last "payday", for now.

Change constitution ? Don't like the idea of internet meetings. Would prefer to have face to face where they can't hide and have to feel the mood of the "room".

Maybe some more "goodies" coming before the AGM so I may be swayed to be a bit happier and vote some Y's?

I do recognize our share price is much a victim of the lithium price. SYA fundamentals are great. I was hoping for a $1 by 2026 but maybe 2030 now. I am holding.
