Hi SB, I know that you have mentioned this on several previous occasions but I think you may have made a mistake.
Lithium Royalty Corporation (LRC) - Toronto based and incorporated in 2017 according to their own website - is not a subsidiary of Lithium Corporation (ie LTUM). Thus as far as I can verify, James Brown is not a Director of LRC either directly or indirectly.
Though, I can see why you may have got things confused - sec.gov reports on Lithium Corporation do reference their old Nevada based subsidiary (long since defunct) of the same name.
