Even if you had to sell some stock at 8 cents say, because you needed some cash.
Then if you sold 200,000 @ 8 cents gives you 16k
Then if you need a little more cash then sell another 20K at 12 cents will give you 24k
By doing this you bring you average selling price up to 10 cents
