JB has almost 11million shares and why wouldn't he be interested in the success of a Company he helped create, it defies logic to think otherwise IMO , building a company is just as satisfying as owning vast amounts of shares for some, thats really a personal thing and doesn't necessarily mean they aren't capable.
Having a lot of skin in the game can also lead to poor decisions based around greed and ambition, finding the perfect person is not easy and they can seem like geniuses in certain timeframes and disasters in others and the last two years is a great example...
Anyway he has stepped in as interim CEO, someone had to do it and he understands the Company better than most.
Its been a messy time at board and CEO level and thats a fact but hardy the sole domain of SYA , numerous companies go through it for better or worse. As we progress to the stage now where financing projects is the BOD's biggest challenge we need new blood and that is exactly whats happening it seems.
HC is full of wannabe managers who seem to know exactly what should be done without actually having to do it, much easier to blame others even if you have never met them...
In the meantime the price of concentrate continues to fall and that affects revenue , sentiment and the shareprice like it or not.
