JB is not interested or vested in Sayona. He is involved in three other companies. He is not even a resident of Australia, and is trying to get a resolution #5 passed so he doesn't have to get his fat ass out of Singapore to attend any more AGMs.
And he refuses to engage with shareholders, I know of at least 2-3 shareholders that have been trying to establish dialogue with him. All three have been ignored. That's not dedication or commitment.
