I guess I am as shocked as you about the revised guidance. Everything we saw and were told while at NAL would say those numbers are very conservative! If you just look at the numbers published so far, it appears that at the end of September we sold about 49,000 tones and had another approximately 11,000 tones at port, which means we would have a total of 60,000 tones total. If we just duplicated this quarters production in Q2, Q3, and Q4 we would hit the guidance numbers posted. Shouldn't we be improving Q on Q?? To me these seem like soft numbers that the BOD has set so at the AGM in 2024 they can say "we beat the guidance, and we would like some performance shares". Setting softball goals that are very easy to achieve and then asking for performance shares is a non-starter for me. If they want to set reasonable goals and then achieve them, I am all for it, but setting a low bar does not give me any confidence in where the BOD is headed.
