I have been stressed and irritated because of the Pll contract issue. WHY Sya Bod didn't announce official comments on these different issues between Sya and Pll? Arguing more than 2years.
1. Split 50/50 until the nameplate is reached
2. Areement of downstream, end of the pll contract
if Pll doesn't want to go downstream, we must stop operating nal and remove Pll
