BL should have been more careful who he surrounds himself with. SYA may not be in today's situation. At least in the 20s or 30s or 50s if the global situation is better or we have new OT. Poor directors and poor partners that's the key problem. At least ban internals or SYA substantial SHs from lending out shares for shorting (in case they did). SYA mc/SP and retailers will not be suffering so much. IMO.
