    To further add to your concern, A friend used to work at Albemale, who said their Hydroxide plant required a lot of work, (constant). MIN also opted out of their JV interest with Albemarle for an increase % ownership of the JV spodumene mine, ie MIN sticking to what it knows, digging dirt and shipping! I know MIN do other things!
    While I agree with objectivity, I hate constant reviews. Decide, set a path, execute it. Surely the NAL carbonate plant was always the plan, and probably the basis for buying NAL and doing the offtake to PLL, in recognition of their investment to buy NAL. I would also see carbonate as a hedge, when we have Moblan and hydroxide plant (yes way into the future from now).
    Change of management, changed plans, shuffle the desks, do what was done previously, waste money, not necessarily in a better place. In reality a BOD should be using their experience and connections to constantly monitor their progress and make small optimal diversions if necessary.
    I'm hoping they get their game in order and at get to scheduled production, that should be their primary consideration.
