Thanks to whoever posted the later announcement from what i had earlier put up
So a fesability to be conducted into conversion within 3 years of transaction closure (gather the announcement 30 Aug 2021 is the closure) so it makes 30 Aug 2027
The second part says that NAL has UNDERTAKEN (to me thats AGREED) to convert its spodumene pruduction into hydroxide or carbonate from the 6th anniversary to the 10th anniversary
That to me is that its needs to be built and producing from Aug 2027 and provide minimum 4 years of production as part of the content undertaking
The big question is once they decide and approve this process does the OTA with PLL cease from this decision date or from when they actually start hydroxide or carbonate in 2027?
