i was contacted yesterday. The 12 year old on the phone read through extracts of the anual report and stated the Board recommended to vote yes on all resolutions.
They don't have time to inform shareholders of progress or lack of but they can outsource poor quality cold callers.
it was obvious the poor girl knew nothing about Sayona but i did give very calm and clear feedback on the way I and my family will be voting.
i wouldn't be surprised if they shelve some resolutions to avoid a first strike and humiliation.
