That may be the case Mega but what Levs highlights covers the the basics of the JV agreement, the thing that could be added is its a LOM contract .
The intentions , as you know, are to have a Carbonate plant up and running by 26/27 and untill that's shown not to be the case by fact not speculation it remains that way. The window for that to happen is getting smaller but still open.

As is often the case with HC these issues take on a life of their own and in this particular one has gone on for years now, when its eventually resolved the hunt begins for a new one, pumpers and dumpers need controversy to ply their trade ...
