I'm not sure they don't understand, what I'm getting from them...

I'm not sure they don't understand, what I'm getting from them is the lack of any real intent and any means of communicating any intent to the shareholders is telling me there is:

- Lack of vision and initiative
- Disdain for the retail SH
- Lack of professionalism and process on the Corporate Core side of the business
- Low Business acumen

May not be real but perception is reality and as such this creates sentiment rot.
World class 'blood' is needed here to inject energy into the company and build out key business processes.
