No. Merely highlighting the emergence of an oil major (Exxon) in brine in the USA producing Lithium Carbonate. They are already invested in brine in Canada (Alberta) via their Imperial Oil subsidiary. Chevron only noted as its the next biggest US oil major - no other reason.
Arf's just miffed at the comment regarding other Carbonate producers that would come online before downstream from NAL, which sometime ago I suggested to him would happen (along with there were no long lead time orders placed, and tonnage/timing of nameplate production ... with both of those "dialogues" settled by SYA comms against his POV).
You know blame PLL (or anyone else really) for everything - its a useful strategy.
