Would the Government of Quebec have a similar involvement guaranteeing the NAL lithium carbonate plant be built and operational?
Very likely Mega and its very important for SYA to be in a sound financial position and was probably the main reason for the last CR, also that the concentrator performs to expectations, NAL has had a chequered history so the Govt will be wary about who it helps...:-)
