Change can sometimes be good, but the downside is that it also can make things worse. How are new board members going to magically appear after the NO vote being proposed at the AGM?
If the proponents are offering an alternative, there must be details, not just a wish list. I'm not happy about my own loss on this share, but change for the sake of change does not always produce a better outcome. Anyway, I hope people know what they are doing, and we're not all just following like lemmings.
I'm not going to post any more on this issue.
