New directors can’t be proposed until we get rid of the old ones. I disagree that change for changes sake is bad. Does it not strike you as odd that the new NED they got has worked with them previously? That’s not an independent director.
The lack of communication, the lack of offtake and progress going downstream and the bizzare relationship with our minority partner who seems to have all the power shows this is a BOD that doesn’t work for its holders.
If the BoD is wiped nothing short term changes, we have an amazing team on the ground at NAL that will keep going BAU and then we get some industry experts and a killer ceo to take SYA to the next level. The fact the strategy announcement had no mention we are looking for a new CEO raised huge alarm bells for me.
