Blue collar or not he is no longer in the company for reasons unknown to all heat. Best not to speculate, but to plough on with optimising the plant. I don't thing replacing anyone is necessary, but certainly sending a message on the importance of tight cost control around remuneration is especially welcome. We need people with mining experience and to throw the baby out with the bath water is indeed reckless.
