At what point would PLL breach their original guarantee? ...This would be with Sayona and the Canadian Gov't? And if so PLL would be "biting the hand that feeds it".
Losing the Canadian Gov't grant is substantial to Sayona- What would Sayona be in a position to do based on the agreement with PLL because of this breach and loss of monies?
Surely the Canadian Gov't would get involved?
Woud this be something the BOD should disclose to Shareholders if PLL is in breach of agreement?
Apologies for my lack of knowledge on how these agreements work -without reading the contract- but breaching these should have repercussions?
