I remember quite a few forum members stating they believe an issue with SYA was that the percentage of retail holders was to high. Management/banks wanted to lower this amount for better control. Well, this is looking like a good time for this to happen. It seems like many retail investors, including some long term holders, are going to give them what they wanted. With the SP and the outlook looking bleek, it seems they will get what they want (if that is the case).
Just one more comment, I wouldn't be so negative right now if only JB would have just wrote a message to shareholders after the departure of BL that stated that it was unfortunate that BL has left and that he and the BOD were going to do everything in their power to move forward with as little disruption as possible. Most ordinary people in general (let alone a BOD of a $1B company) would want to calm the family/investors down. Maybe it's just me.
I will ride this out until boom or bust. Just like my other poor decisions in AVZ, ARL, AVL, VML, & Altura. I guess that is a reason why people like me shouldn't trade on their own. Get a professional to do it for you. LOL. GLTAH.
