I admit I didn't know all the detail I know now but I had a vague understanding. SIlly me for having some level of expectation that the SYA BOD would have acted in the best interests of SYA and would be actively renegotiating terms where appropriate (like when more studies being proposed for the plant when we know the outcome already).
