SIlly me for having some level of expectation that the SYA BOD would have acted in the best interests of SYA and would be actively renegotiating terms where appropriate .
It's a binding contract and there is no good reason or requirement for the other party to want to change anything. So yes it is silly having any particular expectation that may change and also assuming re negotiating hasn't been attempted. As you say yourself you have limited knowledge of the OTA and will have even less knowledge of who has talked to who about what, it's the nature of talks between parties you only know when something has been agreed to.
