So if MinRes renegotaites its agreement with Albemarle so too can Sayona renegotaite with PLL ... that's what your saying ... but SYA has as much say in that as it has with ALB or MinRes

PLL's first OTA with TSLA was for SC supplied from CLP ... say it again CLP and one more time for emphasis the CLP.

Sadly (or not) that was not to be as PLL is still working its way through the permitting process at CLP will well not resistance from fringe elements (perhaps a bit like the First Peoples given the nature of the land being held in the family for generations ... no need to discuss further). I don't expect this OTA to resurrect itself under the initially considered terms as the conditional date has passed and the agreement likely expired.

TSLA knows what TSLA needs and apparently thats SC for conversion to Hydroxide. So when the opportunity came up to purchase SC from NAL its not surprising TSLA was in line for offtake.
