Strong finish to the week, nice to finally see some green.

It remains to be seen if this is a sustainable rally or not.

There was quite some positivity across the lithium sector.

But just as easily as they drag it up, they can drag it back down.
Certainly looks like a bottom on our chart, and many other lithium miners' charts.

A double bottom would be a better indicator, so it remains to be seen if this will pull back again to low 5's.
It will be interesting to see what the short data is in a few days.

Volumes were strong, and the bot pushing the price up, eventually won the auction yesterday.
With so many mixed signals, next week should be interesting.

Will the rally keep going, or will we drop back to set up a double bottom?

One interesting quote I heard this week, is very telling of how far the Chinese are going to crash the spot market, and keep spot sales to are minimum...or non existent.

As inventory levels across the supply chain continue to fall, two scenarios are likely to arise in Q4: firstly, the market will not be well-equipped to deal with a sudden increase in demand; and secondly, if demand is slow, lithium prices will lack support for a rebound even at reduced supply levels.

And as inventories continue to fall, interesting that trade is now word of mouth, or hand to mouth, to keep it off the spot market.

If our management can keep us track, and prevent us being suspended in February, then 2024 may be setting us up for a solid rebound.
The thing is some traders may be getting a whif of this now, and hence the decent push in futures, and a little green in the sector in the last couple of days...
