Fundamentally, the delay in finding a partner is probably most likely to clarity around recent announcements regarding the IRA. When you have multiple government policy changes in the air it is critically important for companies to move forward with confidence around subsidies. Understandably they don't want to be investing billions without this clarity - we have that clarity now
