Good Morning to all in Australia. Don't know about all of what you say in your post.

Great to see some follow through support on the BUY side today though. I know its eased since typing this post but still looks more supportive than not.

This Guy ( Livent's CFO ) Gilberto Antoniazzi was a great listen in. Click on below link , then click on 6th December 2023 WEBCAST and listen into Gilbert and Colleagues. Haven't seen it posted but everything he says explains almost everything there really is to know about current pricing and supply / demand for lithium spodumene and chemicals.

Will be interesting when their special meeting of stockholders in regards their merger with ALLKEM is concluded on Tuesday 19th December ( Wednesday 20th in OZ ) .

Especially interesting with his comments of Livent's ' Mix ' of FLOOR & CAP arrangements in so far as how it relates to Spot & Futures contracts......and how they are potentially also interconnected concurrently with Sayona's & Piedmont's arrangements

I mean if floor or cap was hypothetically ALSO being tested with Piedmont's customers but the futures spot one or two months out was higher and could be locked in now , then the JV potentially could be selling outside of the ' off take first ' mentality.

And especially if the JV had another customer who was willing to pay more.

Definitely something going on with respects to deliveries though with BOTH Piedmont's and Sayona being very quiet in regards to monthly guidance , production and shipping details.

I think its odd that no one seems to know .......and either Company is not willing to report further on deliveries.......
