Their councellors will not give you advice but will altruistically discuss alternatives in a caring and professional manner, whether they be financial or mental health. An amazing thing will most likely happen. Nothing will have changed in your situation but you will see light at the end of the tunnel and will decide for yourself what direction to take to alleviate your problem. All the best
