this is the BOD having no foresight.
they developed AJM which was a much higher cost of production during its limited life before being pushed into administration. That should have given them some insight into a profitable price to negotiate. However they choose to ignore the learnings and negotiated contracts similar to what they did at AJM.
Hope that answers I think this Board knows how to lose other people’s capital.
