The deals Tesla and LG have are with PLL. PLL buy the spod from SYQ.
If PLL run out of cash, they dont buy the spod from SYQ. theres no guarantee that SYQ would be delivering to those customers.
Thats our only guaranteed source of income. We cant afford to not have that steady income. If SYQ had sold their allocation of the 226kt then we wouldnt have reduced guidance and slowed the nameplate journey.
Would you be as concerned with PLL's agreement if SYA/SOQUEM secured an offtake partner and funded a vertically integrated concentrator/hydroxide facilitity to be operational at Moblan by Q3 FY27/28?
